Refund policy

All items (excluding discounted items) are eligible to be returned for an exchange or an in store credit ONLY, within 7 days of receipt. Tags must still be intact, and still attached to item. Item must be in unworn and unwashed condition. 

We will not accept any items with signs of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell, pet hair, or stains of any kind. 

Jewelry, hats, hair accessories, TMLL products, Jordan's skinny syrups, shoes, cups, candles & handbags are not eligible for returns.

Everything in the FINAL SALE TAB or on our LAST CALL RACK online or in store is NOT eligible for returns. 

Anything that is DISCOUNTED 40% will be FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns. 

If mailing back your return, please email whiteorchidboutiquesc@gmail to explain why you are returning the item and to confirm if you are requesting an exchange or a store credit. Also, please include the tracking number for your return. Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed and to receive your store credit or tracking number for your exchange.
